Stone crushing plant control panel, HMI automation, and site electrical works
Control panel build, HMI automation, and on-site electrical works delivered for a stone crushing plant.
Project scope
For this stone crushing plant, our work covered the control panel, HMI automation, and electrical works on site.
The goal was to give the operator team a clearer and more reliable way to run the plant, monitor equipment status, and manage the main process signals from one control point.
Delivered by EDICO
- Control panel design and assembly.
- PLC and HMI automation for plant operation.
- Operator screens for equipment status and control.
- Electrical installation and site wiring.
- Connection of motors, sensors, and field devices.
- Testing, startup, and practical handover on site.
Automation and HMI
The HMI was prepared around the real plant workflow, so operators can follow equipment status, commands, faults, and process conditions without moving between separate local controls.
The automation work included control logic for the main plant equipment, interlocks for safer operation, and clear alarm feedback for faster troubleshooting.
Electrical works on site
The site electrical scope included field wiring, panel connection, cable routing support, and final checks during commissioning.
During startup, signals were tested one by one with the equipment on site to confirm that the panel, PLC logic, HMI pages, and field devices worked together as expected.

Outcome
The plant received a dedicated control system with a central HMI, a completed control panel, and site electrical works tied into the actual equipment.
This gives the operator team a clearer operating interface, better fault visibility, and a cleaner base for future maintenance or expansion.
